Who We Are
Concept Capital Ltd was founded by people who actually know how buildings work. Our director has run a successful plumbing company and has spent years on tools — which means we oversee every refurbishment ourselves, control our costs, and don't rely on third parties to tell us what a project is worth.
We operate a BRRRR strategy — Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance, Repeat — acquiring properties below market value, transforming them through targeted refurbishment, and building a growing portfolio of high-quality rental homes held within a limited company structure.
We're not a faceless investment house. We're hands-on, transparent about how we work, and focused on doing things properly — for our tenants, our investors, and the communities our properties sit in.

The Strategy
We source properties below market value — typically from estate agents and motivated sellers — where there's clear upside through refurbishment.
Our in-house team carries out the refurb — from full kitchen and bathroom upgrades to layout changes that increase bedroom count and end value.
We let to quality tenants from our priority list, targeting strong rental yields and long-term tenancies from day one.
Once tenanted, we refinance at the new higher value — pulling capital back out to fund the next acquisition and repeat the cycle.
The recycled capital goes straight into the next deal. The portfolio grows. The model compounds. That's the point.

For Investors
We work with a small number of private investors who want a straightforward, fixed return secured against real property — without the complexity of buying and managing their own investments.
Investor capital is used to fund refurbishment costs during the project cycle. Once the property is refinanced — typically within six months — your capital is returned in full along with your agreed return.
We keep this simple and transparent. You'll know exactly what your money is funding, where the project is, and when to expect your return. Everything is documented in a formal loan agreement.
Fixed Returns
Fixed return over a typical six-month project cycle. Capital returned in full on refinance completion.
